Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Web3App, a private workspace for campaign measurement, click analytics and performance reporting.
1. Operator and access
The service is operated by “On - Track” Krystian Tarkowski, 33-326 Koniuszowa 254, pow. nowosądecki, gm. Korzenna, woj. MAŁOPOLSKIE, Polska; NIP 7342788644; REGON 492811639. Support: support@web3app.online. Abuse: abuse@web3app.online. Contact is also available by post at this address. Prospective users can apply for access by submitting their contact details, website and intended use. An application is a request for review, not an activated account or a purchase. Free is offered at €0 per month. The Premium offer is €39.99 per month, with the applicable service scope, taxes and billing terms confirmed before paid activation. Selecting a plan or submitting the form does not start a subscription or collect payment. Account provisioning and any commercial agreement are handled after review.
2. How links work
Public click-tracking requests require exactly one valid next-hop destination supplied through the redirect transparency parameter. After validation, Web3App redirects directly to that destination. Requests without a valid redirect parameter return an error and are not redirected.
Accepted GET requests record click events, supported campaign parameters and the resolved next-hop destination, subject to applicable minimization and retention settings. The redirect value is stored separately as technical request metadata.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep credentials confidential, use a strong unique password, review destinations before publication and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for the legality of destination content, your campaign data and any notices, lawful bases, consent or processing agreements your use requires. Do not include personal data or credentials in tracking URLs. Verify that you have permission to direct visitors to each destination.
4. Prohibited uses
You must not use the service for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful content, credential collection, harassment or infringement of others’ rights. You must not bypass access controls, overload the service, probe accounts without authorization or use redirects to conceal an unlawful destination. Cloaking, reviewer detection and redirects designed to evade advertising platform review are not supported and are prohibited.
5. Advertising platforms
Use with an advertising platform is subject to that platform’s current technical, transparency and certification requirements. Web3App does not claim to be a Google Certified Click Tracker. The existence of a working HTTPS link does not mean it qualifies as a Tracking Template. You remain responsible for checking requirements before launching a campaign. The service does not guarantee ad approval or campaign performance.
6. Privacy and retention
The Privacy Policy describes data processing. You can set click retention and IP masking in Settings. Reducing retention or deleting a link is destructive and affects analytics. Export data only for an authorized purpose, protect downloaded files, and apply a suitable retention policy to your own copies. Separate controller–processor terms must be arranged where required before processing on behalf of another organization.
7. Availability, suspension and termination
Reasonable care is used to operate the service, but maintenance, network issues, third-party failures and security incidents may cause interruptions. The operator may pause links or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security or legal requirements. Where appropriate, affected account holders should be informed and given a means to resolve the issue. No uptime or recovery guarantee applies unless agreed separately. Keep independent copies of critical configuration and campaign data.
8. Intellectual property and third parties
You retain rights in your supplied content and grant only the permissions needed to store and process it for the service. Web3App branding and original interface materials remain the operator’s or relevant rights holder’s property. Open-source software is governed by its own licenses. Destination sites are operated independently; a redirect is not an endorsement of their content.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
Each party is responsible under applicable law for its own acts and omissions. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability arising from intentional misconduct. Any additional business liability limits or service commitments require a separate valid agreement. Polish law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable in your jurisdiction; legally competent courts retain jurisdiction.
10. Changes and complaints
Send service complaints to support@web3app.online or abuse reports to abuse@web3app.online, or write to the operator’s postal address, identifying the tracking link and relevant circumstances. Changes to these terms will be dated and material account terms should be communicated before taking effect where required. These terms describe this deployment and do not constitute legal advice.
